“AITVARO” High School is located on the coast of the Baltic sea, in Klaipeda which is the third largest city in Lithuania. There are more than 400 pupils at the age of 14-19 years old. This is the Russian gymnasium but some of the school subjects are taught in Lithuanian. Besides this state language our pupils learn English, German, Spanish.
Our school has been involved into project activity since 1998 and we have done and still doing a lot projects nowadays. This year Comenius project (being done by our German Teacher) deals with the history of railway stations and includes 4 other European countries.
We would like to start a new Comenius project on the topic “eco-tourism” ( any other can be suggested), and we are looking for the partners who are ready to share the ideas and are interested in cooperation.
We are very interested in doing an exchange program for our pupils with visit and revisit within the same school year (from September to May). A two year Comenius School Partnership - where minimum three schools from minimum three European countries will join.
